What’s your new role at RLA, and how are you settling into it?
Account Executive working on the Volvo First Class programme. My first few months at RLA have been great, everyone’s really lovely and the atmosphere at the barn is really welcoming.
What were your first impressions of your team?
My team have been great since day one! They’ve made me feel really comfortable in the agency and within my role and are always there for support.
What did you do before starting at RLA? Give us the career/education highlights.
I’ve just completed my marketing degree at Bournemouth University, so I’m really excited and proud to have begun my career straight out of uni… Roll on graduation in November!
One career/educational highlight of mine has to be completing my university placement year at IBM where I worked in recruitment marketing – It was a great eye-opener to the corporate and marketing world. I’m grateful to have had this experience and to now be learning about agency life!
What’s different about RLA so far?
The environment is really relaxed, there’s an open and trusting atmosphere and you really feel valued – each person brings so much to the team and their absence would definitely be noticed!
What’s your dream client?
There are so many brands I’d love to work with… maybe something music or fashion related.
What do you get up to outside of work?
Mostly eating and drinking! So I try and balance that out with some trips to the gym throughout the week… Apart from that I enjoy trying new activities around the Bournemouth and Poole area and going to music events!
What made you choose RLA?
The thought of working in a converted barn surrounded by green fields, scenery and animals definitely made RLA stand out. Besides that, the opportunities available and the work RLA have done/are doing shows what a great agency they are, so I jumped at the chance!
If you could have a superpower what would it be, and why?
Most probably teleportation… then I could travel and see the world whenever I wanted!
What is your favourite movie, and why?
It has to be the Harry Potter movies; I’ve watched them so many times and never get bored!
